  I had an amazing experience at Wendy's bridal! My sales lady was perfect! Very helpful in every way. She knew what she was doing! I also got my dress 75% off! I couldnt be more pleased with my dress or the experience!

  I found the perfect dress here for an amazing price, but I was not impressed with their customer service. The day I came in to shop for (and ended up buying) my dress, my consultant was very nice and understood exactly what I wanted, but after that initial experience it went downhill. I had told them I needed to come in on the weekend after Thanksgiving because I was moving out of state, they said it wouldn't be a problem, but it was. I bought my dress in June, it was not in by Thanksgiving and they were not sympathetic to my case when I called a couple times leading up to that week. Whenever I called I had to re-explain my situation, a total of 4 times. I would have thought they would keep notes next to my name, but they never seemed to know who I was every time I called; they added a lot of unnecessary stress to the planning.
