  I called looking for a price quote & design ideas for an annual event, they were nice even gave me an email address to send my specs but no one ever got to me after a week i decided to email again about my disappointment in their lack of communication, they replied telling me my design idea was basic and they were thinking up ideas but i explained to them i was shopping around a simple email telling me they received my request or something so i saw a red flag from the beginning i decided to shop elsewhere. Communication is key in business professionalism is a must when you want customers to continue to come back.
