  I had few problems at this location. When we ordered the new iPhone 4, they shipped to the store the used phone with all the contact numbers and a bunch of outgoing/incoming calls when the phone just released about 5 days. I took it back to the store and told them about it. The store manager hid in the office and not came out to talk to me. The other clerk said the phone will ship back to T-Mobile and once they received the phone, I will get the credit back. They provided me the tracking number and the status said it has arrived to T-Mobile. But the customer representative kept saying that they didn't receive it. I had a lot of times dealing with them over the phone. Finally, they agreed to pay me back. Another time, I said clearly that I wanted to purchase a cellphone, but they put down as a lease agreement. Then, during Black Friday, they had a promotion to trade in iphone 6s+ to get the iphone 7 for free. I asked them if I qualified for this. He said yes. But it turned out that they billed me each month for $35 as a phone monthly payment and gave me a trade in credit of $200. Of course, I've complained this to customer service and the store, too. The store manager hid in the office again and never called me back. It took me three months to fight for this. But with Don's help (one of the staff work in front), they agreed to pay me $200 more. So the phone is not FREE at all. They lied to the customer. Just make sure to ask many questions as you can before you do the trade-in or enter into any contract with. Thank you Don to help me with this situation! Elizabeth is also a great staff that I would recommend.

  Have been with T-Mobile for over 6 years. This store has always done anything they are able to do to help with any situation I've had or we have had on our plan. Staff is knowledgeable and they help each other out when needed instead of competing against each other. Was VERY helpful during the Note7 exchanges.
