  My fiance was in the store the Tuesday before the S7 came out the store manager suggested she wait till Friday three days later when the S7 came out. She called me when she got home (we live 3 blocks away) I asked her if he offered her the pre-sale and she said no but he told her he'd hold one for her but he wasn't suppose to. She was the first customer Friday when they opened. She purchased the phone but he tried to sell her insurance which we didn't need because I have the mobile share insurance plan that covers all phones in the plan. He finished the sale without giving her a receipt. I went in the following Tuesday to talk to the manager about the service and it was one in the same. Nick the sale man is the manager. I asked him why he didn't offer her the pre-sale on Tuesday and he said he did so I was calling her and he said don't waste you time. I said so you're calling her a lier and he said yes. So I asked why he tried to sell her insurance when we had the mobile insurance package already on the account. He said that's how I make my money. I said well that's bullshit. He told me to get out of his store. I called the att store on w. Jefferson and found out its a satellite store and their dm's name was Adam so I called 3 times and left messages for him to call me and get this situation taken care of but he must not care how nick treats his att customers. I've been a customer since you put your wireless in cingular!! I want the dm of this store to call me or someone that he reports to at att to call me and see what can be done about Nick and his business practices.
