  Arrived at store 30 minutes before closing in order to purchase a phone for college age son whose phone was stolen. After waiting 10 minutes, a female staff person approached us and told us that they were closing in 20 minutes and would not be able to help us! I was dumbfounded. Went across the hall and made my purchase at Best Buy. I work in customer service and understand wanting to go home, but there was plenty of time to help me. I will NEVER go back to this location. Will not be surprised if this location closes its doors permanently given this abominable lack of service. Completely dissatisfied.
