- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 07, 2020, by Shannon MerrimanIf I could give ZERO stars I would! My company had been using Staples as their UPS drop off location for YEARS with no issue. Now they claim they are not able to ship the package because of it's contents. The contents of the package hasn't changed.....EVER. My company pays for next day early delivery shipping but yet this location has held one package for TWO WEEKS.....but shipped out others after that! When questioned about why this happened...I, quite literally, got shoulder shrugs from the manager! No apologies, no explanations, NOTHING!
