  A+ has had my computer for 3 months and I am a student at Bishop Dwenger high school which I need my laptop in every class. I would not recommend they take forever.

  A Plus uses a fee-for-service model that does not work in the customer's favor. I came in with a very specific problem. They told me they would do a free diagnosis. They did the diagnosis and went ahead with a few fixes. The bill was $100 (it was never itemized, but the technician removed and/or reinstalled a few things, so the fee was for labor). I got home and the problem was still there. Clearly, the technician was just trying things out, hoping something would help (and charging me for each attempt, kind of like a doctor billing you for unnecessary treatments). I won't go back, obviously, since I just expect more of the same. I would rather find a computer store that guarantees their work, using the model of "pay us to FIX you problem," not pay us for each failed effort to fix your problem.
